Cancellation Policy
As you can appreciate, we hire contractors and locksmiths to carry out work that we have secured. We will only ever dispatch any of our emergency locksmiths once we are certain that a customer would like to go ahead with the job. This means that our locksmiths would have dropped what they were doing to rush to the job as a priority. Unfortunately, due to a number of instances in the past where customers have not shown up after arriving at the scene; we now have a policy in place for applying a FULL cancellation fee should a client/customer wish to cancel following the arrival of any of our emergency locksmiths or contractors.
