Booking Confirmation & Payment

Once your booking form has been completed, we kindly request proof of payment so that we can confirm your booking and authorise dispatch. This confirmation constitutes a binding commitment and a legal agreement for us to attend at the specified time.

All emergency bookings are followed up with a courtesy call or message to confirm an accurate estimated time of arrival (ETA).

Upon successful payment, Square will issue an instant payment notification, marked with a green tick, confirming that your transaction has been completed.
